Video - Eusoff Tummytime Day 12 I can never stress the importance of Tummytime on babies. It strengthens the back and limbs which allow them to start crawling at an earlier phase . It expands the lungs when they cry doing the activity. I started on Eusoff once the Umbilical Cord has detached. I do them 3 times a day lasting for a minute each. The idea here is to make babies comfortable lying on prone position . I will increase the duration to 3-5 minutes as time goes by . Once they do , ideally they should just be on Diapers pushing their toes on a rough surface trying to move forward . The earlier the child crawls the better The earlier the child walks the better The earlier the child reads the better The earlier the child do Maths the better All these phases will accelerate brain stimulation and maximise the true potential in your Child in years to come. Video - Twins Sound asleep Newborn sleeps 18-20 hours a day . They only wake up for feeding . Sleeping is very important for their growth . Its important for mothers to breastfeed newborns every 3-4 hours which is their daily requirement . It gets more stressful when you have to breastfeed twins . Video - Things that kids say and do ... We can learn a lot from our kids if we take the trouble to just listen to them . They are pure , honest , innocent like a white piece of cloth .... They teach us to be patience in life. They teach us to laugh for no apparent reason They teach us to forget all of our worries . They teach us to be honest at all times . They teach us the meaning of joy . They teach us its okay to make mistakes. They teach us that nothing else matters ... At least thats what I learnt from my children .
